All SALES ARE FINAL. Customer has 48 hours to notify MFS after receiving a damaged, defective or incorrect item. Undamaged or non-defective items will not be accepted for returns or refund. In the event that a return is approved, a 20% restocking fee will apply. |

All warranty issues must be reported to MFS within the approved warranty time. Items replaced due to a warranty issue will only be exchanged for the exact same item. If the item is discontinued it can be exchanged for an item of equal value. |

Delivery fees are assessed based on distance and weight of the items being delivered. Set-up fees are assessed on the difficulty of set-up. These fees are at the discretion of MFS (My Furniture Store). |

All orders will be paid by cash, check, money order, or major credit card. Financing through Wells Fargo Financial is available. Wells Fargo Financial terms will apply. Payment is expected in full upon ordering. Items will not be released by MFS until payment is cleared. Return checks are subject to a $30 fee |
